- Call ahead if the lot is large so the cash is ready.
Route
The trip from Deerfield Beach
Getting to us
South on Federal Highway or I-95 to Commercial Boulevard, roughly twenty-five minutes. I-95 is faster outside peak but the Commercial exit is congested most afternoons, so Federal is often the calmer choice.
What that distance means
At twenty-five minutes a second trip is a real cost, so it is worth gathering everything before you set out — including pieces you are unsure about. Anything you decide against simply goes home with you, and there is no charge for testing it.
The local picture
Selling gold in Deerfield Beach
About twenty minutes north, and effectively the county line — Deerfield households routinely bank, shop and see professionals in both Broward and Palm Beach. That split shows up in how estates arrive here: property scattered across two counties and several institutions, with nobody holding a single list of what exists. The metal is usually the last part to be dealt with because it is the part nobody knows how to value, which is why it often turns up months after everything else has been settled.
Selling part of it, and keeping the rest
Deerfield estates arrive split across two counties — a box at a Broward bank, a deposit box in Palm Beach, something in a relative's house — and nobody holds a single list of what exists. That is a consolidation problem before it is a selling problem. Florida Intervault, in the same building as our counter, is where the part you are keeping can end up under one inventory instead of three. Sell what should be sold, put the rest in one documented place, and stop maintaining boxes in two counties.
Florida Intervault is a separate company in the same building, family-run since 1983. Storing anything is entirely optional and nobody at the counter will push you toward it — you are free to sell and go home.

Gold Coins & Bullion
Eagles, Maples, Krugerrands and refiner bars verified while you wait, with anything worth more than melt flagged first.
Explore →
Silver
Bars, rounds, junk coin and sterling flatware tested piece by piece, so a genuine set never leaves valued as plate.

Estate & Inherited Metal
Bring the box unsorted. Everything is separated and valued item by item, with a written breakdown for the family.
Explore →
Dental Gold
Crowns and bridges tested for what they actually contain, palladium and silver included, with no cleaning needed first.

Platinum & Palladium
Platinum is easily mistaken for white gold. We test for it specifically and price both metals on their own markets.

FAQ
Common questions
- Everything else in the estate is settled. Is it too late to deal with the jewelry?
- No. Metal does not expire and there is no deadline on selling it. The only thing that changes over time is the market, which moves in both directions. Bring it whenever you are ready.
- I am coming from Palm Beach County. Does that complicate anything?
- Not at all — we buy from sellers wherever they live. You need valid government-issued photo identification, which Florida law requires on every purchase regardless of where you are from. Nothing else about the county line matters to the transaction.
- How far is it from Deerfield Beach?
- About 25 minutes to our Fort Lauderdale counter, traffic depending. Season adds to that on the coastal roads.
- Do I need an appointment?
- No. Walk in during business hours. If you are bringing a large estate lot, call first so we have the cash and a second tester ready.
- What do I need to bring?
- Valid government-issued photo ID. Florida law requires a dealer to record every purchase and take a copy of your ID, with no exceptions.
- Can I get a number before I drive over?
- Email photos to info@sygusa.com and we will tell you what it looks like and what the range depends on. A real figure still needs the items on the scale.
