Acceptance and eligibility

Not an offer, and not a price

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy at a stated price, an offer to lend, or a commitment of any kind. Metal markets move continuously and any figure shown is indicative only. A real number is produced after the items are tested and weighed, or after collateral is verified, and is calculated against the market at that moment.

Live pricing

Spot figures shown on our sites are drawn from a market feed and may lag or be unavailable. They are for orientation, not settlement, and no transaction is priced from a website.

Buying precious metals

We are licensed under Florida Statute, Section 538.31, et seq., Mail-In Secondhand Precious Metals Dealers, and operate within Florida in accordance with applicable state and federal law. Valid government-issued photo identification is required for every purchase, with no exceptions at any amount, and you must be entitled to sell the property. All transactions and services are deemed to occur in the State of Florida and are regulated accordingly, regardless of where you reside or access this website.

Metals-backed lending

Where a site of ours describes lending: these are commercial loans made for business purposes. They are not offered for personal, family or household use. They are not available in Nevada, Vermont, North Dakota or South Dakota. Nothing on any of our sites is an offer or commitment to lend, and all terms are subject to inspection and verification of collateral. If metal prices fall materially we may contact you about adding collateral or paying down the balance to keep the loan-to-value in range.

Statues and collectibles

Orders, shipping, returns and the affiliate programme are governed by the terms published on sygusa.com, which apply to any purchase.

Two points carry across every site that describes a piece. Because each statue is hand-poured to order, all sales are final; a defective or damaged item must be reported within seven days of delivery. Separately, and standing at any time, you may sell any statue back to us at 95–98% of the current silver spot price for its metal weight. That is a metal-value buy-back, not a refund of the original purchase price.

Product safety

Our statues are solid metal decorative collectibles intended for display and handling by adults. They are not toys and are not sold as children's products. Some designs include points, raised edges, thin projecting details or narrow gaps that can pinch or cut if handled carelessly. Smaller pieces may present a choking hazard to young children and larger pieces are heavy enough to cause injury if dropped. Keep pieces out of reach of children and supervise any handling by a minor.

No advice

We buy, sell and lend against precious metals. We do not give investment, tax or legal advice, and nothing on our sites is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold. General comments about the tax treatment of a sale or a loan are orientation only — your basis, holding period, entity and jurisdiction decide your position. Ask your own accountant.

Intellectual property

All website content, logos, imagery and text are the exclusive property of Sell Your Gold USA and may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without our written consent.

Limitation of liability

Sell Your Gold USA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the product or service in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Changes are effective on posting, and continued use of our services is acceptance of them.
